Petter Eirod made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pompílio Pegacho in the 6th minute of play. Sletteenge's Petter Eirod played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ataol Toprak in the 12th minute of play. In the 16thth minute of the game Bruno Guimarães who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sletteenge's Petter Eirod was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bruno Guimarães in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Petter Eirod saved Sletteenge from getting behind. The supporters of Sletteenge booed when Hvam FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kaj Klitgaard didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute, Stephan Isager ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Petter Eirod was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stephan Isager in the 22nd minute of play forced Sletteenge's goalkeeper Petter Eirod to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Bruno Guimarães's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Petter Eirod was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Sletteenge's Ted Weye got a free kick in the 28th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Guimarães in the 29th minute of play forced Sletteenge's goalkeeper Petter Eirod to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wagn Nytoft fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristen Krasmer having to interfere. Sletteenge's Petter Eirod played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stephan Isager in the 37th minute of play. Petter Eirod showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kaj Klitgaard in the 38th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the game, Hvam FC's Bruno Guimarães nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Petter Eirod made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. If Stephan Isager had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kristen Krasmer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wagn Nytoft in the 44th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Guimarães in the 46th minute of play forced Sletteenge's goalkeeper Petter Eirod to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stephan Isager stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sletteenge's Wagn Nytoft got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 56th minute of the match, Stephan Isager tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Petter Eirod saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The crowd rose to their feet as Bruno Guimarães kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Petter Eirod. That made the score 0-4 in the 58 minute of play. Petter Eirod showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stephan Isager in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 64th minute Bruno Guimarães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petter Eirod saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th minute of the match, Stephan Isager tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Petter Eirod saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Hvam FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Stuparu Chyba in the 66th minute. A nice corner shot did that Stuparu Chyba got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Petter Eirod quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ataol Toprak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Petter Eirod made a huge save. Sletteenge made a substitution. Timo Mangelsen replaced Jacob Lubfeldt. Donald Liktensteen scored 1-5 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kristen Krasmer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 88 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sletteenge's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Stuparu Chyba was slow to take the kick. During this time Hvam FC's players had a chance to rest. With a little luck, Sletteenge's Petter Eirod got control of the ball when Bruno Guimarães tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Hvam FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
