Kai Hammerslev stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Héctor Quintero's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. In the 10th minute, Taus Bjørkegren made a precise shot to the right of Kai Hammerslev. Rosenhøj Boldklub's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Taus Bjørkegren in the 15th minute of play forced Rosenhøj Boldklub's goalkeeper Kai Hammerslev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16thth minute of the game Héctor Quintero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rosenhøj Boldklub's Kai Hammerslev was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 25th match minute, FC Gamla Stan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vatan Nass to maneuver through the defense. 27 minutes into the match, FC Gamla Stan's goalkeeper Paw Nibelvang had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aslak Schjær. In the 33rd minute, Judas Bricaud hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Gamla Stan's Paw Nibelvang proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save FC Gamla Stan from getting a goal against them. In the 36th minute Taus Bjørkegren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kai Hammerslev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 41 minutes, Paw Nibelvang successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After the first half FC Gamla Stan were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Paw Nibelvang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johan Ostersen, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. With an all-out effort, FC Gamla Stan's Kai Hammerslev threw himself towards the right post 54 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Michel Torres, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 55th minute, Christopher Heltø hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Gamla Stan's Ricardo Olrog shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 56th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Kai Hammerslev but with some difficulty. When Chris Sjong fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Gamla Stan's protests and gave Chris Sjong a yellow card for diving instead. Chris Sjong kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Taus Bjørkegren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Taus Bjørkegren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Kai Hammerslev made a huge save. 64 minutes into the match, Rosenhøj Boldklub's goalkeeper Kai Hammerslev had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Taus Bjørkegren. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Taus Bjørkegren took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Kai Hammerslev to make any attempt to save it. If Michel Torres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 82 minutes, Vatan Nass managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Gamla Stan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vatan Nass was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kai Hammerslev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michel Torres in the 83rd minute of play. After 84 played minutes Rosenhøj Boldklub got a freekick which was hit by Pelle Erp. FC Gamla Stan's Ricardo Olrog got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Paw Nibelvang didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Werner Walcan went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. FC Gamla Stan's Paw Nibelvang played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johan Ostersen in the 95th minute of play.
