In the 12thth minute of the game Gerhart Badeby who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Boldklubben Skjold's Johnni Kirkskov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gerhart Badeby couldn't finish the play. Gregorius Eiling could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Johnni Kirkskov made a huge save. The Sillerslev SIK fans' excitement grew in the 47th match minute when Sillerslev SIK's Gregorius Eiling looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gerhart Badeby to make the kick off.
