Bøje Dyssen came out of the goal and Elmar Lexbo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bøje Dyssen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bent Streyder in the 5th minute of play. Bøje Dyssen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bent Streyder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bøje Dyssen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elmar Lexbo in the 21st minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Elmar Lexbo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bøje Dyssen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 29thth minute of the game Axel Ree who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Holmkjar Hotspurs's Tristan Nordlet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 30th minute, Axel Ree hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Monks in Robes's Bøje Dyssen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bent Streyder in the 33rd minute of play. Bent Streyder took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bøje Dyssen. Bøje Dyssen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albinus Alking in the 44th minute of play forced Holmkjar Hotspurs's goalkeeper Tristan Nordlet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute, Bent Streyder left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Holmkjar Hotspurs fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. The Monks in Robes players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Holmkjar Hotspurs were winning 0-3.

In the 52nd minute, Elmar Lexbo fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Bøje Dyssen, passed just outside the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albinus Alking in the 54th minute of play forced Holmkjar Hotspurs's goalkeeper Tristan Nordlet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bent Streyders short, quick shot in the 68thth minute got Bøje Dyssen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 69th minute, Claes Katsir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Holmkjar Hotspurs's Magnus Steinwart was substituted for Bent Streyder. Holmkjar Hotspurs made a substitution. Kurd Frydenholt replaced Claes Katsir. A collision led to Holmkjar Hotspurs getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Claes Katsir hit a great ball. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Holmkjar Hotspurs's goalkeeper Tristan Nordlet, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 74th minute Monks in Robes were awarded a corner. Fidel Havier went to the cornerflag to take it. Kurd Frydenholt hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Monks in Robes's defense didn't have a chance, in the 89th minute, when Ove Makenhauer scored to the left of an out of position Bøje Dyssen, making the score, 2-4. Bøje Dyssen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Magnus Steinwart in the 93rd minute. In the 97th minute, Magnus Steinwart got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Holmkjar Hotspurs's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
