Phil Kapke ran back to his position shaking his head. Joseph Pechtold struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Harald Pautsch didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hertha BSC. After 9 played minutes Cafe Erciyes FSV got a freekick which was hit by Constantin Buche. A hard shot 10 in the game by Finn Wahlberg from a close distance when the talented Harald Pautsch managed to make a qualified save. Cafe Erciyes FSV's players were relieved. Pavel Apostu kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. If Pavel Apostu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. Joseph Pechtold helped the player get up and apologised. In the 41st match minute, Hertha BSC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joseph Pechtold to maneuver through the defense. In the 69th match minute, Cafe Erciyes FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pavel Apostu to maneuver through the defense. After 70 played minutes Cafe Erciyes FSV got a freekick which was hit by Pavel Apostu. If Phil Kapke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. Joseph Pechtold fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harald Pautsch having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joseph Pechtold in the 87th minute of play forced Cafe Erciyes FSV's goalkeeper Harald Pautsch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute Pavel Apostu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Bader saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joseph Pechtold fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harald Pautsch having to interfere. Hertha BSC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
