Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ernst Zug kicked off to start the match. A collision led to Erberich getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Alois Maier hit a great ball. Ernst Zug's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joerg-Uwe Scheufens read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. In the 10th of the match, Ernst Zug tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Joerg-Uwe Scheufens got in the way and made a wonderful save. Joerg-Uwe Scheufens stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ernst Zug's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. After a rather tough play, Erberich's Ernst Zug got a free kick in the 26th minute. Theo Cyrkel kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Xaver Grimminger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Prospero Kornacker struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Radenko Dirkes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SV Freundorf. Radenko Dirkes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prospero Kornacker in the 36th minute of the match. Alois Maier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 40 minutes into the match, Erberich's Manuel Fremd sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joerg-Uwe Scheufens narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Prospero Kornacker to make the kick off. A collision led to Erberich getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Sören Pawel hit a great ball. In the 56th minute of the match Felix Petershagen shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Radenko Dirkes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Prospero Kornacker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Radenko Dirkes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pitt Klesper in the 61st minute of play forced SV Freundorf's goalkeeper Joerg-Uwe Scheufens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joerg-Uwe Scheufens didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pitt Klesper went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Norbert Janssen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Joerg-Uwe Scheufens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 66th minute Norbert Janssen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joerg-Uwe Scheufens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind SV Freundorf's goalkeeper Joerg-Uwe Scheufens, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ernst Zug recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dominik Lantz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Radenko Dirkes made a huge save. SV Freundorf were awarded a corner in the 85th minute after Erberich's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Felix Petershagen took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Felix Petershagen got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Radenko Dirkes quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Erberich's Radenko Dirkes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Erberich from getting a goal against them. Pitt Klesper fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joerg-Uwe Scheufens having to interfere. SV Freundorf's Joerg-Uwe Scheufens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norbert Janssen in the 92nd minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, SV Freundorf's Xaver Grimminger sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Radenko Dirkes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Radenko Dirkes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Xaver Grimminger went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Erberich fans cheered their team off the field, for while SV Freundorf had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
