Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ingbert Kehl started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Ingbert Kehl got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Federata Shqiptare's Ingbert Kehl got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Konrad Gern during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Blocksberg's Björn Feuerstein played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ingbert Kehl in the 13th minute of play. Ingbert Kehl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Björn Feuerstein having to interfere. Björn Feuerstein showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ingbert Kehl in the 19th minute of the match. With a little luck, Federata Shqiptare's Horst Breves got control of the ball when Lasse Borgmeier tried to sneak it across the goal line. Konrad Gern hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. 26 minutes into the game, Tobias Kamper was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Federata Shqiptare's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Blocksberg the free kick. In the 28th match minute, Blocksberg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lasse Borgmeier to maneuver through the defense. 30 minutes into the match, Timo Wegmann dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Horst Breves, 1-0. The supporters of Federata Shqiptare booed when Blocksberg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Allan Scheu didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lasse Borgmeier made a kick off. Horst Breves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timo Wegmann in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 52nd match minute, Federata Shqiptare was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ingbert Kehl to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Lasse Borgmeier sped through Federata Shqiptare's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Horst Breves. After a defensive mix-up in Blocksberg's zone, Ingbert Kehl stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Björn Feuerstein came out of the goal and Ingbert Kehl tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Blocksberg's Lasse Borgmeier got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 73 minutes into the match, Federata Shqiptare's goal looked a bit too open when Lasse Borgmeier came free, but Horst Breves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olaf Franke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ingbert Kehl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Björn Feuerstein tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Federata Shqiptare's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
