Spectators: 6723 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Levent Ziegler took the kick off in the first half of the match. Teutschenthal Bahnhof's Enno Wering played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Wyes in the 3rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Frank Wyes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hervel FSV's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Wyes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enno Wering breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Volker Hammerschlag came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Hervel FSV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Volker Hammerschlag couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zwi Keitel in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Enno Wering saved Teutschenthal Bahnhof from getting behind. Albin Barzik in the 17thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Enno Wering, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 18 minutes into the match, Teutschenthal Bahnhof's goal looked a bit too open when Albin Barzik came free, but Enno Wering reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roger Scherer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franz Lammertz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Enno Wering stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Albin Barzik's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Albin Barzik could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Enno Wering made a huge save. In the 34th match minute, Teutschenthal Bahnhof was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rudolf Munz to maneuver through the defense. Zwi Keitel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enno Wering having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Teutschenthal Bahnhof's zone, Zwi Keitel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enno Wering came out of the goal and Zwi Keitel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teutschenthal Bahnhof's Enno Wering played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zwi Keitel in the 46th minute of play. In the 47th minute, Jonny Nolte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hervel FSV's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Marco Baur in the 50th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zwi Keitel to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Teutschenthal Bahnhof's goal looked a bit too open when Albin Barzik came free, but Enno Wering reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Teutschenthal Bahnhof's zone, Albin Barzik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enno Wering came out of the goal and Albin Barzik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Roger Scherer was a little too slow when Franz Lammertz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 58th minute. The score was now 1-1. 63 minutes into the match, Albin Barzik notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Teutschenthal Bahnhof's Enno Wering. Enno Wering was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Roger Scherer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Franz Lammertz went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Teutschenthal Bahnhof's Enno Wering played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Trittin in the 70th minute of play. Franz Lammertz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Roger Scherer made a huge save. Franz Lammertz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Roger Scherer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Levent Ziegler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zwi Keitel in the 81st minute of play forced Teutschenthal Bahnhof's goalkeeper Enno Wering to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Manuel Wurfel hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Hervel FSV's Albin Barzik got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zwi Keitel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enno Wering having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Teutschenthal Bahnhof's zone, Albin Barzik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enno Wering came out of the goal and Albin Barzik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Albin Barzik in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Enno Wering prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Despite being the better team, Hervel FSV failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
