With an extended leg and a bit of luck Melchior Danes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 30th match minute, Unterbühlhof was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Konrad Ehler to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Crystal 07's zone, Florian Capezzuto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karol Loos came out of the goal and Florian Capezzuto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The long shot by Bosse Höfer in the 34th minute really tested Karol Loos's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After having played for 37 minutes, Konrad Ehler managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Unterbühlhof's supporters crossed their fingers, but Konrad Ehler was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Unterbühlhof's Frido Sieger got a free kick in the 39th minute. After 42 minutes, Bosse Höfer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Unterbühlhof and the Crystal 07 players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 42 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Unterbühlhof! The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Randy Staude stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 55 played minutes Crystal 07 got a freekick which was hit by Willibert Kramer. Valerian Schmidt took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 57th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Karol Loos. Crystal 07's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, Crystal 07's goal looked a bit too open when Konrad Ehler came free, but Karol Loos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reinhard Narten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karol Loos having to interfere. Konrad Ehler struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Karol Loos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Unterbühlhof. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Crystal 07's goalkeeper Karol Loos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Karol Loos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Konrad Ehler's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Konrad Ehler in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karol Loos saved Crystal 07 from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Herwig Häfner's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Karol Loos was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. 89 minutes into the match, Unterbühlhof's goalkeeper Melchior Danes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Justin Tilk. Karol Loos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Konrad Ehler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
