Spectators: 3905 (Terracing: 3000, Seating: 900, VIP seats: 5) FC Sülldorf's Dietrich Rudinsky started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4thth minute of the game Yannik Sakellariou who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Sülldorf's Ragnar Storz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rupert Wadehn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Jan Crnkovic tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to FC Wolfenbüttel getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. James Abendroth hit a great ball. 18 minutes into the match, FC Sülldorf's goal looked a bit too open when Quint Roder came free, but Ragnar Storz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With 20 minutes on the clock, Patrick Wulff commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. FC Sülldorf's Ragnar Storz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save FC Sülldorf from getting a goal against them. The supporters of FC Sülldorf booed when FC Wolfenbüttel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frans Mutke didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 37th minute, Quint Roder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rupert Wadehn struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Jan Crnkovic didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Sülldorf. Jan Crnkovic took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dietrich Rudinsky, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half FC Sülldorf were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

FC Wolfenbüttel made a substitution. Knut Seidel replaced Quint Roder. The wind increased when Yannik Sakellariou made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dietrich Rudinsky in the 56th minute of play forced FC Wolfenbüttel's goalkeeper Jan Crnkovic to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jan Crnkovic was a little too slow when Rupert Wadehn got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 57th minute. The score was now 0-2. FC Wolfenbüttel's Emanuel Batzer was substituted for Mario Base. FC Wolfenbüttel made a substitution. Reiner Wächter replaced Yannik Sakellariou. The throw-in from Titus Malischke in the 64th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Wolfenbüttel's Che Wilhelmi. In the 65th minute of the match Knut Seidel shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ragnar Storz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 67 minutes into the match, FC Sülldorf's goal looked a bit too open when Frans Mutke came free, but Ragnar Storz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 67 minutes into the game, Jacob Dörpmund was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Sülldorf's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Wolfenbüttel the free kick. After 68 played minutes FC Sülldorf got a freekick which was hit by Jacob Dörpmund. After 70 played minutes, FC Wolfenbüttel's Knut Seidel shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ragnar Storz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Wolfenbüttel reached it. If Reiner Wächter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reiner Wächter in the 76th minute of play forced FC Sülldorf's goalkeeper Ragnar Storz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ragnar Storz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Reiner Wächter's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Reiner Wächter recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 91 minutes into the game, Titus Malischke threw the ball into play from the sideline. FC Wolfenbüttel's Frans Mutke quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Ragnar Storz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frans Mutke, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Reiner Wächter recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chants of FC Sülldorf echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as FC Wolfenbüttel had held the ball for most of the match.
