Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) VFR 07 Schweinfurt's Wolf Heber started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 2 minutes into the game, Reinhard Bachmaier was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. VFR 07 Schweinfurt's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Deutmecke FSV the free kick. In the 3rd minute, Mustafa Jaksch got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hugo Kraus came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by VFR 07 Schweinfurt's Wolf Heber. But to his dismay, Wolf Heber quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 8th match minute, VFR 07 Schweinfurt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albert Pofahl to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Rolf Reinoehl kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bonifatius Korlatzki. That made the score 1-1 in the 9 minute of play. Eike Federlein received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Hugo Kraus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mustafa Jaksch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bonifatius Korlatzki having to interfere. 19 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Deutmecke FSV's Rolf Reinoehl fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Wolf Heber fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Kraus having to interfere. Bonifatius Korlatzki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rolf Reinoehl in the 29th minute of the match. If Wolf Heber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mustafa Jaksch in the 37thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bonifatius Korlatzki, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 39 minutes into the match, VFR 07 Schweinfurt's goalkeeper Bonifatius Korlatzki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mustafa Jaksch. In the 42nd minute, Rolf Reinoehl fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Bonifatius Korlatzki, passed just outside the right post. Eike Federlein sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rolf Reinoehl stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute of the match Otmar Schuster shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bonifatius Korlatzki showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Bonifatius Korlatzki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rolf Reinoehl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bonifatius Korlatzki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustafa Jaksch in the 60th minute of the match. After 61 played minutes VFR 07 Schweinfurt got a freekick which was hit by Freerk Zeil. Rolf Reinoehl recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Freerk Zeil's late challenge caught a Deutmecke FSV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Freerk Zeil helped the player get up and apologised. Freerk Zeil kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 69th minute, Rudi Pütz sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and VFR 07 Schweinfurt's Bonifatius Korlatzki didn't even have to move. Deutmecke FSV's Mustafa Jaksch got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 73 minutes into the match, VFR 07 Schweinfurt's goal looked a bit too open when Rolf Reinoehl came free, but Bonifatius Korlatzki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Mustafa Jaksch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rolf Reinoehl recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 87th minute Mustafa Jaksch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bonifatius Korlatzki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mustafa Jaksch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Bonifatius Korlatzki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, VFR 07 Schweinfurt's Reinhard Bachmaier got a free kick in the 89th minute. Rolf Reinoehl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bonifatius Korlatzki having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolf Reinoehl in the 97th minute of play forced VFR 07 Schweinfurt's goalkeeper Bonifatius Korlatzki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The VFR 07 Schweinfurt players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Deutmecke FSV from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
