Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tom Gehlen kicked off to start the match. 9 minutes into the match, Hademar SC's goalkeeper Vladimir Heise had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rolf Reinoehl. Hugo Kraus stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tom Gehlen's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Vladimir Heise made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Mustafa Jaksch sent off a good shot on target. When Tom Gehlen came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Hademar SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tom Gehlen couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Deutmecke FSV's Mustafa Jaksch got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 21stth minute of the game Tom Gehlen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deutmecke FSV's Hugo Kraus was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 22nd minute of the match Hademar SC got a corner. Deutmecke FSV's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Carsten Rieden ran over to the corner to take the kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tom Gehlen in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hugo Kraus saved Deutmecke FSV from getting behind. Tom Gehlen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Tom Gehlen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vladimir Heise made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rolf Reinoehl in the 33rd minute of play. Tom Gehlen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Hugo Kraus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Tom Gehlen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hugo Kraus was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. In the 40thth minute of the game Tom Gehlen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deutmecke FSV's Hugo Kraus was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hademar SC's Norman Seeger got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 43 minutes, Tom Gehlen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hademar SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tom Gehlen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hugo Kraus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tom Gehlen in the 45th minute of play. Vladimir Heise made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mustafa Jaksch in the 47th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The wind increased when Rolf Reinoehl made the kick off in the second half. Tom Gehlen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Hugo Kraus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 55th minute of the match Ingbert Zehrfeld sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hugo Kraus skillfully saved the ball. In the 57th minute, Tom Gehlen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hugo Kraus was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per Mienack in the 60th minute of play forced Hademar SC's goalkeeper Vladimir Heise to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 62nd minute Rolf Reinoehl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladimir Heise saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Tom Gehlen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hademar SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tom Gehlen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hugo Kraus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ingbert Zehrfeld received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Hugo Kraus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Heiner Kramer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Hademar SC booed when Deutmecke FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jens Wohl didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Tom Gehlen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vladimir Heise made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per Mienack in the 87th minute of play. After 89 played minutes, Hademar SC's Heiner Kramer shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hugo Kraus came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hademar SC reached it. Tom Gehlen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Hugo Kraus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vladimir Heise showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per Mienack in the 95th minute of the match. Hademar SC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Deutmecke FSV to leave the ground with a draw.
