Spectators: 6716 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Carl Pollmann kicked off to start the match. 6 minutes into the match, Pröda FC's goal looked a bit too open when Carl Pollmann came free, but Karl Hofmeister reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th minute, Carl Pollmann left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gänsstall FSV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Wim Lübke was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ben Hielscher showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 12 minute of play. With a little luck, Gänsstall FSV's Wim Lübke got control of the ball when Hubertus Hellmann tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wim Lübke was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Reinhard Heilmann. In a very dangerous position, a player in Gänsstall FSV fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 23rd minute. Penalty! The referee gave Pröda FC a penalty, 24 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Herbert Rebmann, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Gänsstall FSV's Wim Lübke. 2-1. If Stefano Stumpe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Hubertus Hellmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wim Lübke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ben Hielscher, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pröda FC's Ben Hielscher got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 38th minute Ben Hielscher shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wim Lübke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute Carl Pollmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Hofmeister saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stefano Stumpe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Ben Hielscher struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Wim Lübke didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pröda FC. After 59 played minutes Gänsstall FSV got a freekick which was hit by Paul Koppermann. In the 65th minute Ben Hielscher shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wim Lübke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. David Gräfe hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Wim Lübke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ben Hielscher, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Pröda FC's Karl Hofmeister proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Pröda FC from getting a goal against them. Wim Lübke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ben Hielscher in the 83rd minute of the match. A collision led to Pröda FC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Philipp Balz hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hubertus Hellmann in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wim Lübke saved Gänsstall FSV from getting behind. Ben Hielscher might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wim Lübke. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ben Hielscher ran back to his position shaking his head. After 95 played minutes Gänsstall FSV got a freekick which was hit by David Gräfe. Pröda FC's Herbert Rebmann couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 95th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Gänsstall FSV.
