Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tilmann Bombard started the match with the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 2nd minute, Freddi Kemski managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Alkis's supporters rose to their feet, but Freddi Kemski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eckard Platen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 6 minutes into the game, one of FC Alkis:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Tilmann Bombard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dieter Butzendorf having to interfere. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Oberkirch FC's goalkeeper Eckard Platen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Oberkirch FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Marco Oberlack hit a great ball. René Milles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Eckard Platen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Oberkirch FC's zone, René Milles stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eckard Platen came out of the goal and René Milles tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Tilmann Bombard came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Oberkirch FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tilmann Bombard couldn't finish the play. Oberkirch FC's Liam Ansatz was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 30th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. FC Alkis's Dieter Winnerl got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 34th minute, Liam Ansatz fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 35th minute, Dieter Winnerl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Liam Ansatz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dieter Butzendorf having to interfere. Steven Demuth hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute, Brandon Ngo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Tilmann Bombard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Liam Ansatz in the 53rd minute of play forced FC Alkis's goalkeeper Dieter Butzendorf to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tilmann Bombard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Dieter Butzendorf tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If René Milles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frank Kohler hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Dieter Butzendorf showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tilmann Bombard, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Dieter Winnerl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eckard Platen having to interfere. FC Alkis's Dieter Butzendorf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tilmann Bombard in the 93rd minute of play.
