In the 19th minute, Caspar Fandel reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Karl Eggeling. The goal made the score 1-0. 26 minutes into the game, Achim Neustadt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Werzlen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Deathcore Alliance the free kick. The supporters of Deathcore Alliance booed when Werzlen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Achim Neustadt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Christian Damm in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Heiko Kerber prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Caspar Fandel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl Eggeling having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Christian Damm managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deathcore Alliance's supporters rose to their feet, but Christian Damm was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Heiko Kerber breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Christian Damm's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Heiko Kerber was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. A collision led to Werzlen getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Ismael Pirkner hit a great ball.

The wind increased when Christian Damm made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Werzlen's goalkeeper Heiko Kerber had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christian Damm. If Pitt Fleischer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Werzlen's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
