The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Paul Rutkowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Zawisza Bydgoszcz booed when Jamaica Connection was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karsten Raabe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lambros Balouris succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 8th playminute. After 11 played minutes Zawisza Bydgoszcz got a freekick which was hit by Pascal Bieberkopf. Karsten Raabe kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Lambros Balouris made a precise shot to the right of Semjon Grebe. Zawisza Bydgoszcz's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. The supporters of Jamaica Connection booed when Zawisza Bydgoszcz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bülent Funkel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th match minute, Jamaica Connection was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gökçek Usalan to maneuver through the defense. Semjon Grebe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 汪兴渊, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lambros Balouris could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Semjon Grebe made a huge save. Semjon Grebe made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Lambros Balouris sent off a good shot on target. Jamaica Connection's Arnold Klare got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jamaica Connection made a substitution. Lemi Hastimur replaced Friedbert Wittlich. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lambros Balouris to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lambros Balouris in the 55th minute of play forced Zawisza Bydgoszcz's goalkeeper Semjon Grebe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 汪兴渊 struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Semjon Grebe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jamaica Connection. Semjon Grebe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lambros Balouris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Semjon Grebe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 汪兴渊 in the 64th minute of play. The supporters of Jamaica Connection booed when Zawisza Bydgoszcz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugen Gleicke didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christian Schwind recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Semjon Grebe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paul Rutkowski in the 70th minute of the match. Lambros Balouris's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Semjon Grebe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Semjon Grebe came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Jamaica Connection's Arnold Klare. But to his dismay, Arnold Klare quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. 81 minutes into the match, Jamaica Connection's Christian Schwind broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 82 played minutes Zawisza Bydgoszcz got a freekick which was hit by Pascal Bieberkopf. Lambros Balouris struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Semjon Grebe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jamaica Connection. In the 87th minute Arnold Klare shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Semjon Grebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 汪兴渊 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Paul Rutkowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Semjon Grebe having to interfere. Jamaica Connection's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
