If Dierk Dörken had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mads Zantke might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Efraim Paschmanns. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mads Zantke ran back to his position shaking his head. Mads Zantke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of SC Otten booed when Mönstadt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hendrik Dunst didn't get a good kick on the ball. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dierk Dörken was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to SC Otten getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Matthias Surek hit a great ball. Hendrik Dunst kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Efraim Paschmanns stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dierk Dörken's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. SC Otten's Uwe Bollwächter was substituted for Dierk Dörken. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Uwe Bollwächter in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Efraim Paschmanns prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mads Zantke struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Efraim Paschmanns didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Otten. Efraim Paschmanns stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Uwe Bollwächter's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Uwe Bollwächter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Efraim Paschmanns tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by August Dormuth during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Efraim Paschmanns breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
