Gerd Dölls short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got Volker Kader to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 33 minutes into the game, Ricky Röttgens was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kettenbach FSV's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pommes FC the free kick. Ricky Röttgens kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wolf-Rüdiger Balski to make the kick off. Volker Kader came out of the goal and Jean Hausotter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Pommes FC's Jean Hausotter in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
