Lambsborn were furious when George Meyer zu Natrup was red carded, 21 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. One of Lambsborn:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of LSV Goldewin:s goal. After a rather tough play, LSV Goldewin's Cees Zientarski got a free kick in the 31st minute. If Emanuele Panino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gabriel Mühlfort sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 36th minute, Emanuele Panino had to leave the field with a concussion. When Conny Maurer fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LSV Goldewin's protests and gave Conny Maurer a yellow card for diving instead. In the 38th minute, Conny Maurer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Lambsborn fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 傅桦庭 should have stopped the shot. Lambsborn's 傅桦庭 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Constantin Ehlert in the 45th minute of play. Cees Zientarski charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cees Zientarski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Cees Zientarski kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Özcan Elias during the 48th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of LSV Goldewin booed when Lambsborn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Özcan Elias didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half LSV Goldewin were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 52nd minute, Constantin Ehlert fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 54 minutes into the match, Lambsborn's goalkeeper 傅桦庭 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cees Zientarski. Jakob Schirrmacher kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Gabriel Mühlfort sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Gabriel Mühlfort managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lambsborn's supporters rose to their feet, but Gabriel Mühlfort was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karsten Schönhaar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 95th minute, Cees Zientarski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LSV Goldewin fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The Lambsborn supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching LSV Goldewin's performance. The match ended with a win for LSV Goldewin.
