Siegfried Nacke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, CriticalPass's goal looked a bit too open when Claudius Seubert came free, but Siegfried Nacke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cedric Rupp hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Holder Amsel took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Siegfried Nacke. Siegfried Nacke dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Siegfried Nacke made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dario Ahlswede in the 23rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dario Ahlswede got free with Siegfried Nacke in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 24 minutes, Charly Zellermayer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CriticalPass's supporters crossed their fingers, but Charly Zellermayer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of FC. Wanne-Eickel booed when CriticalPass was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cedric Rupp didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dario Ahlswede who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 26thth minute tested the skills of Siegfried Nacke when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 28 minutes into the match, CriticalPass's goalkeeper Siegfried Nacke had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Willi Bernhardt. After 29 minutes of play, FC. Wanne-Eickel's Dario Ahlswede made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Siegfried Nacke was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudius Seubert in the 35th minute of play forced CriticalPass's goalkeeper Siegfried Nacke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dario Ahlswede got free with Siegfried Nacke in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Helko Wisotzki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jurij Welp having to interfere. Siegfried Nacke came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by FC. Wanne-Eickel's Dario Ahlswede. But to his dismay, Dario Ahlswede quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. In the 44th minute, FC. Wanne-Eickel's Willi Bernhardt dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Claudius Seubert made a kick off. Jurij Welp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cedric Rupp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 53 minutes into the match, CriticalPass's goal looked a bit too open when Dario Ahlswede came free, but Siegfried Nacke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the CriticalPass defense, Jon Hoffman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Siegfried Nacke. The CriticalPass fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Siegfried Nacke should have stopped the shot. A collision led to FC. Wanne-Eickel getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Willi Bernhardt hit a great ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in FC. Wanne-Eickel fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 66th minute. Penalty! The referee gave CriticalPass a penalty, 67 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Helmuth Kummel, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of FC. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Gavin Gaffga the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of CriticalPass protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Gavin Gaffga had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After a rather tough play, CriticalPass's Gavin Gaffga got a free kick in the 88th minute. CriticalPass's Siegfried Nacke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jon Hoffman in the 89th minute of play. After 91 minutes of play, FC. Wanne-Eickel's Claudius Seubert made it 8-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Siegfried Nacke was left in no man's land by his defense there! Siegfried Nacke was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. FC. Wanne-Eickel's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
