Ludwig Carl came out and tried to block the shot, but Sascha Egger slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 10th minute. 13 minutes into the match, SpVgg Bommelsen 1390's Sascha Egger sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ludwig Carl narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ludwig Carl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sascha Egger in the 22nd minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, Theodor Bohmann was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Seeleuten FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SpVgg Bommelsen 1390 the free kick. Theodor Bohmann hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Seeleuten FC's Ludwig Carl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sascha Egger in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute Göran Domes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Renke Finke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Simon Geis kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Clemens Mutke, 27 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 28 played minutes SpVgg Bommelsen 1390 got a freekick which was hit by Thies Fortuna. Sascha Egger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 35 played minutes Sascha Egger rounded Seeleuten FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-0. After some careless play in the Seeleuten FC defense, Rüdiger Klesper kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ludwig Carl. The Seeleuten FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ludwig Carl should have stopped the shot. Göran Domes might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Renke Finke. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Göran Domes ran back to his position shaking his head. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sascha Egger made a kick off. With his leg Renke Finke managed to avoid a goal in the 62ndth minute, when Seeleuten FC's Kurt Bäuschlein fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Erling Pajonk fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SpVgg Bommelsen 1390's protests and gave Erling Pajonk a yellow card for diving instead. Erling Pajonk kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. 69 minutes into the match, Seeleuten FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rüdiger Klesper came free, but Ludwig Carl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ludwig Carl stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rüdiger Klesper's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. Simon Geis took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 72nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ludwig Carl. Seeleuten FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ludwig Carl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sascha Egger in the 75th minute of the match. In the 78th minute, Erling Pajonk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th minute, Sascha Egger ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ludwig Carl was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Renke Finke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Göran Domes in the 85th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 86 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Sascha Egger sped through Seeleuten FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ludwig Carl. Erling Pajonk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 98thth minute of the game Sascha Egger who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Seeleuten FC's Ludwig Carl was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
