Nocke's Andy Fast managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Lysander Klain in the 3 minute of the game. Wolffram Fichtner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Focke Adam in the 11th minute of play. 12 minutes into the game, Alfons Ivanov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Wolffram Fichtner was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Nocke booed when Beuerberg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfons Ivanov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paulinho Bittencourt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Agilo Block read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Albrecht Jory in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Agilo Block prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 22 played minutes Nocke got a freekick which was hit by Ralf Hännig. Olaf Kohlert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Wolffram Fichtner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Nocke defense, Alfons Ivanov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wolffram Fichtner. The Nocke fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wolffram Fichtner should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Focke Adam in the 31st minute of play forced Nocke's goalkeeper Wolffram Fichtner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wolffram Fichtner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olaf Kohlert in the 32nd minute of the match. Focke Adam sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Olaf Kohlert scored 0-4 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wolffram Fichtner, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 40th minute Olaf Kohlert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wolffram Fichtner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nocke's Wolffram Fichtner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olaf Kohlert in the 42nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulinho Bittencourt in the 45th minute of play forced Beuerberg's goalkeeper Agilo Block to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Olaf Kohlert to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Nocke's goal looked a bit too open when Olaf Kohlert came free, but Wolffram Fichtner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Nocke fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Beuerberg were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
