In the 18th minute, André Deter ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Heinz Howeg was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Heinz Howeg had great luck who in the 24thth minute grab hold of the ball when André Deter from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. André Deter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Heinz Howeg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 27 minutes, Rouven Weigant mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zorn FC and the Otteresing FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Zorn FC's Rouven Weigant got a free kick in the 27th minute. Heinz Howeg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Deter in the 32nd minute of play. When Markus Louven fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zorn FC's protests and gave Markus Louven a yellow card for diving instead. After 33 played minutes Zorn FC got a freekick which was hit by Markus Louven. In the 40thth minute of the game André Deter who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zorn FC's Heinz Howeg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Tillmann Pechkopf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. André Deter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Heinz Howeg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 47 played minutes Zorn FC got a freekick which was hit by Reiner Behning. Edgar Holzenkamp was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 48th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Andrew Bosch was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Ahmet Schwering managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Otteresing FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Schwering was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 56 minutes into the match, Zorn FC's goal looked a bit too open when André Deter came free, but Heinz Howeg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tillmann Pechkopf might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Heinz Howeg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tillmann Pechkopf ran back to his position shaking his head. If Tillmann Pechkopf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 68th minute Andrew Bosch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boris Weibler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Otteresing FC fully deserved thier win.
