If Ulrich Siebler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexander Brenner hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Saul Benzler was the one to do the kick off. Notwende FC's Kai Schorling played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saul Benzler in the 60th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Saul Benzler managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bokelerburg's supporters rose to their feet, but Saul Benzler was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kai Schorling breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 77 minutes of play, Bokelerburg's Ulrich Siebler made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kai Schorling was left in no man's land by his defense there! Saul Benzler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Kai Schorling tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Notwende FC's Kai Schorling got control of the ball when Ulrich Siebler tried to sneak it across the goal line. Saul Benzler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kai Schorling having to interfere. If Saul Benzler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bokelerburg played a much better game than Notwende FC and deserved their victory. The Notwende FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
