Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jurek Brübach got the match started through his kick off. 6 minutes into the match, Borussia Mittelrhein's Jurek Brübach sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jens Reisert narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Werner Wegel hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Jurek Brübach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Klaus Okolisan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Borussia Mittelrhein's supporters rose to their feet, but Klaus Okolisan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jens Reisert breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 20th minute, Borussia Mittelrhein's Bruno Kracke dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. 26 minutes into the match, Warder FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jurek Brübach came free, but Jens Reisert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jurek Brübach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bo Vogt during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bo Vogt kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Werner Wegel kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Werner Wegel's late challenge caught a Borussia Mittelrhein's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Werner Wegel helped the player get up and apologised. If Klaus Okolisan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jurek Brübach recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Jurek Brübach came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Borussia Mittelrhein fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jurek Brübach couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Warder FC's Dimitri Kamper got a free kick in the 45th minute. Klaus Okolisan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Werner Wegel to strike the kick off in the second half. If Klaus Okolisan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jens Reisert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jurek Brübach in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th match minute, Warder FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bo Vogt to maneuver through the defense. Klaus Okolisan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bruno Kracke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens Reisert having to interfere. Wilfried Asad walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. If Jurek Brübach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Jurek Brübach's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jens Reisert was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. In the 74th minute Bruno Kracke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens Reisert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Jurek Brübach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Klaus Okolisan took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jens Reisert. Jens Reisert dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. A collision led to Borussia Mittelrhein getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. David Schabbing hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jurek Brübach in the 89th minute of play forced Warder FC's goalkeeper Jens Reisert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jurek Brübach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jens Reisert stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jurek Brübach's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. Warder FC's Jens Reisert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jurek Brübach in the 99th minute of play. Borussia Mittelrhein walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
