Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Martin Weiss got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of HSV 2.0 booed when Eglhausen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerd Seisler didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in HSV 2.0's zone, Lukas Schüttler stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Klaudius Nordmann came out of the goal and Lukas Schüttler tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Weiss in the 11th minute of play forced HSV 2.0's goalkeeper Klaudius Nordmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eglhausen's Lukas Schüttler got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Martin Weiss sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 16 minutes into the match, HSV 2.0's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Weiss came free, but Klaudius Nordmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leander Berger hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. 21 minutes into the match, Lukas Schüttler notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of HSV 2.0's Klaudius Nordmann. Klaudius Nordmann was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eglhausen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave HSV 2.0 the free kick. 25 minutes into the game, one of Eglhausen:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Kai-Uwe Wieczorek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ludolf Röske in the 28th minute of play. Eglhausen's Martin Weiss got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Martin Weiss fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Klaudius Nordmann having to interfere. Kosmas Sieger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kai-Uwe Wieczorek having to interfere. Eglhausen's Kai-Uwe Wieczorek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludolf Röske in the 39th minute of play. Lukas Schüttler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 43rd minute Martin Weiss shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Klaudius Nordmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eglhausen's Kai-Uwe Wieczorek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludolf Röske in the 45th minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Kai-Uwe Wieczorek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ludolf Röske, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. 2-1 became the score in the 54th minute when Martin Weiss elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Eglhausen's Martin Weiss got a free kick in the 73rd minute. After 74 minutes, Ignaz Raab mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Eglhausen and the HSV 2.0 players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 74 played minutes Eglhausen got a freekick which was hit by Ignaz Raab. Klaudius Nordmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Weiss in the 77th minute of the match. Klaudius Nordmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lukas Schüttler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ludolf Röske got in the 87th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Kai-Uwe Wieczorek handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. 97 minutes into the game, Gedeon Maurus was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
