The audience was convinced that Poldi Daun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andi Bonhoeffer was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Christian Baumann stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Herbigshagen FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Yannik Grübe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Harm Gingold breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Herbigshagen FC booed when Daasdorf Bei Buttelstedt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ole Per Rott didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kai Kretz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Harm Gingold having to make a save. In the 79th minute Yannik Grübe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harm Gingold saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Harm Gingold came out of the goal and Kai Kretz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Harm Gingold took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yannik Grübe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 89 minutes, Kai Kretz made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Daasdorf Bei Buttelstedt's Harm Gingold tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Christian Baumann blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Harm Gingold having to make a save. Harm Gingold showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hadrian Prinz, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Herbigshagen FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
