Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Thorben Schnell started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The attack was good, but when Sixten Beauregard in the 8th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thorben Schnell in the 11th minute of play forced Orleta Deblin's goalkeeper Louis Heil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Orleta Deblin's Louis Heil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hubert Podlich in the 13th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Thorben Schnell notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Orleta Deblin's Louis Heil. Louis Heil was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 23 minutes into the game, Orleta Deblin's Sixten Beauregard nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eric Linsert made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After some careless play in the Orleta Deblin defense, Hubert Podlich kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Louis Heil. The Orleta Deblin fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Louis Heil should have stopped the shot. Hubert Podlich sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 37th minute, Hubert Podlich got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Thorben Schnell's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Louis Heil was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. Thorben Schnell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee gave Rüxbüll FC a penalty, 50 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ulli Christinck, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Orleta Deblin's Louis Heil. 1-3. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rob Jennen to make the kick off. If Hubert Podlich had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 66 minutes, Thorben Schnell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rüxbüll FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thorben Schnell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 70 minutes into the match, Hubert Podlich had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Louis Heil. Orleta Deblin's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hubert Podlich was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Hubert Podlich's late challenge caught a Orleta Deblin's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hubert Podlich helped the player get up and apologised. Hubert Podlich hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Rob Jennen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eric Linsert having to interfere. In the 84th minute Thorben Schnell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Louis Heil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Orleta Deblin's Louis Heil got control of the ball when Hubert Podlich tried to sneak it across the goal line. Igor Waitz kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. 88 minutes into the match, Orleta Deblin's Balko Wruck broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Hubert Podlich sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rüxbüll FC's Thorben Schnell got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Louis Heil stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thorben Schnell's shot from short distance in the 100th minute. The Orleta Deblin supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Rüxbüll FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Rüxbüll FC.
