Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Godo Bregenzer took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Morsbach's goalkeeper Peter Viehl, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 5 minutes of play, Morsbach's Vincent Göldner made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Torsten Canel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Friedrich Rückert succeeded in the game's 8th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. In the 17th minute, Emanuel Greeb hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Torsten Canel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vincent Göldner in the 19th minute of play. Friedrich Rückert blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Peter Viehl having to make a save. After 24 minutes of play, Morsbach's Godo Bregenzer made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Torsten Canel was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Morsbach's Vincent Göldner in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gloriious Bastards's goalie prevented a goal. Renke Kaster kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Godo Bregenzer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Morsbach's Emiliano Fellhauer got a free kick in the 36th minute. If Friedrich Rückert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Friedrich Rückert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Peter Viehl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Peter Viehl made an important save on a dangerous shot by Friedrich Rückert in the 43rd minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 51st minute of the match, Vincent Göldner got a very nice opportunity to score, but Torsten Canel was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Friedrich Rückert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Peter Viehl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Torsten Canel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vincent Göldner in the 56th minute. Emiliano Fellhauer kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 59th minute of the match Gernot Dick shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Peter Viehl showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 61st minute, Gernot Dick sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Morsbach's Peter Viehl didn't even have to move. In the 63rd minute Winfried Beyer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Viehl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Winfried Beyer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter Viehl having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Morsbach's Emanuel Greeb got a free kick in the 69th minute. Friedrich Rückert's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Peter Viehl read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Morsbach's Peter Viehl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Friedrich Rückert in the 73rd minute of play. 75 minutes into the game, Godo Bregenzer recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Torsten Canel. Godo Bregenzer showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. When Lukas Rackwitz fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gloriious Bastards's protests and gave Lukas Rackwitz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 84th minute, Vincent Göldner ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Torsten Canel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Gloriious Bastards's Torsten Canel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Gloriious Bastards from getting a goal against them. The Gloriious Bastards supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Morsbach's performance. The match ended with a win for Morsbach.
