Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Walter Renger made the kick off which started today's match. With a little luck, Unterhaching's Niklas Kala got control of the ball when Heinrich Klerings tried to sneak it across the goal line. Georg Gleixner's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Niklas Kala firmly grabbed it by the left post. A hard shot 5 in the game by Heinrich Klerings from a close distance when the talented Niklas Kala managed to make a qualified save. Unterhaching's players were relieved. Georg Gleixner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Niklas Kala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Quincy Sieben hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. The supporters of FC Arnstadt booed when Unterhaching was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Gerstenmaier didn't get a good kick on the ball. Baldur Boback blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Niklas Kala having to make a save. Levi Mühlstein showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walter Renger in the 19th minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Georg Gleixner dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Niklas Kala, 2-0. Georg Gleixner received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Niklas Kala came out and tried to block the shot, but Georg Gleixner slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 28th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Arnstadt's Georg Gleixner slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Niklas Kala. That made the score 5-0 after 35 minutes of play. Niklas Kala came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Arnstadt's Mika Friedl. But to his dismay, Mika Friedl quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. 45 minutes into the match, Unterhaching's goal looked a bit too open when Georg Gleixner came free, but Niklas Kala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Heinrich Klerings sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Georg Gleixner made the kick off in the second half. Niklas Kala didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Heinrich Klerings went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Levi Mühlstein made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walter Renger in the 57th minute of play. When Robin Seidel came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the FC Arnstadt fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robin Seidel couldn't finish the play. Baldur Boback sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 64 played minutes FC Arnstadt got a freekick which was hit by Robin Seidel. 65 minutes into the game, Quincy Sieben was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Unterhaching's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Arnstadt the free kick. In the 65th minute, Quincy Sieben hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Unterhaching getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Quincy Sieben hit a great ball. If Baldur Boback had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baldur Boback sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Niklas Kala took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robin Seidel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baldur Boback might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Niklas Kala. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Baldur Boback ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience was convinced that Robin Seidel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Niklas Kala was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. In the 87th minute Robin Seidel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niklas Kala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Walter Renger's late challenge caught a FC Arnstadt's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Walter Renger helped the player get up and apologised. Walter Renger hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Niklas Kala stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Heinrich Klerings's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. In the 95th minute, Robin Seidel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Arnstadt had played much better football throughout.
