Spectators: 5001 (Terracing: 4001, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Marcel Bollen took the kick off in the first half of the match. BSC Airwater's Martin Paul got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcel Bollen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niklas Kala having to interfere. Walter Renger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 13 played minutes BSC Airwater got a freekick which was hit by Martin Paul. Unterhaching's Julius Theres got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bonito Bienstock showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walter Renger in the 30th minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Martin Paul got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 37 minutes into the match, BSC Airwater's Martin Paul sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Niklas Kala narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Walter Renger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bonito Bienstock having to interfere. In the 48th minute, Walter Renger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Walter Renger to make the kick off. Dittmar Burger charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dittmar Burger the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, BSC Airwater's Dittmar Burger got a free kick in the 52nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julius Theres got free with Bonito Bienstock in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Martin Paul's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Niklas Kala was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Martin Paul managed to get in a good position for a shot. BSC Airwater's supporters rose to their feet, but Martin Paul was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niklas Kala breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 71 minutes of play, BSC Airwater's Martin Paul made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Niklas Kala was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Unterhaching's Julius Theres in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BSC Airwater's goalie prevented a goal. After 76 played minutes BSC Airwater got a freekick which was hit by Edmond Giebenrath. Bonito Bienstock was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Henning Haupt. Walter Renger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Bonito Bienstock tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Walter Renger came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Unterhaching fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Walter Renger couldn't finish the play. Unterhaching's Niklas Kala played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Paul in the 87th minute of play. Walter Renger hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. BSC Airwater's defense didn't have a chance, in the 96th minute, when Nikolaos Trumpf scored to the left of an out of position Bonito Bienstock, making the score, 1-1. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
