Leif Brengelmann hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Raphael Barnick showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gus Osterholt in the 6th minute of the match. A collision led to Heelden FSV getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Niklas Ziolkowski hit a great ball. Kasimir Wiedenroth-Coulibaly who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 8thth minute tested the skills of Joachim Mukengechay when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 12th minute, Oedheim's Felix Feike ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Joachim Mukengechay. Joachim Mukengechay yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Felix Feike fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joachim Mukengechay having to interfere. Marko Itzerott hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Kasimir Wiedenroth-Coulibaly succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 23rd playminute. Kasimir Wiedenroth-Coulibaly received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Joachim Mukengechay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Oedheim booed when Heelden FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rolf Linn didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joachim Mukengechay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felix Feike's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. Heelden FSV's Joachim Mukengechay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Heelden FSV from getting a goal against them. Kasimir Wiedenroth-Coulibaly sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Heelden FSV's Kristian Piecyk got a free kick in the 41st minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Felix Feike made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Felix Feike left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Oedheim fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Felix Feike struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Oedheim's Kasimir Wiedenroth-Coulibaly got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
