A collision led to Oldschool Kickers getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Niklas Nachtwei hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Oldschool Kickers's zone, Joseph Kellermann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hasso Schwein came out of the goal and Joseph Kellermann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 13th minute Velten Wenzel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hasso Schwein saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. TSG Leiferde's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Velten Wenzel in the 14th minute. The corner ended in Velten Wenzel almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Oldschool Kickers's Hasso Schwein did a great save. 15 minutes into the match, Istvan Olivier notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of TSG Leiferde's Mirko Damm. Mirko Damm was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Velten Wenzel in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hasso Schwein prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Joseph Kellermann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joseph Kellermann got free with Hasso Schwein in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 36 minutes into the match, TSG Leiferde's Ralph Cavic sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hasso Schwein narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Velten Wenzel's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 42ndth minute, Hasso Schwein skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After having played for 46 minutes, Gerold Schönbeck managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oldschool Kickers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gerold Schönbeck was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Velten Wenzel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hasso Schwein took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Velten Wenzel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hasso Schwein stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Velten Wenzel's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Niklas Nachtwei hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Velten Wenzel's late challenge caught a Oldschool Kickers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Velten Wenzel helped the player get up and apologised. In the 62nd match minute, TSG Leiferde was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Velten Wenzel to maneuver through the defense. After 67 played minutes TSG Leiferde got a freekick which was hit by Joseph Kellermann. Ralph Cavic kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Ivar Schmidt managed to get in a good position for a shot. TSG Leiferde's supporters rose to their feet, but Ivar Schmidt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hasso Schwein breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hasso Schwein showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Velten Wenzel in the 78th minute of the match. Joseph Kellermann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Hasso Schwein tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When TSG Leiferde's Velten Wenzel in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Oldschool Kickers's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to TSG Leiferde getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Ralph Cavic hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Oldschool Kickers defense, Velten Wenzel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hasso Schwein. The Oldschool Kickers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hasso Schwein should have stopped the shot. In the 96thth minute of the game Velten Wenzel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Oldschool Kickers's Hasso Schwein was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee ended the match the TSG Leiferde players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
