Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. A collision led to Groß Schneen FSV getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Jerome Sondermann hit a great ball. Ingo Keller fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herbert Nass having to interfere. Groß Schneen FSV's Herbert Nass played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feridun Krieglmeier in the 16th minute of play. Herbert Nass made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feridun Krieglmeier in the 18th minute of play. Lemmy Brozé helped the player get up and apologised. In the 34th minute, Lemmy Brozé hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 37thth minute of the game Feridun Krieglmeier who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Groß Schneen FSV's Herbert Nass was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 41st minute Ingo Keller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herbert Nass saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Ingo Keller got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Herbert Nass made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingo Keller in the 46th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Volkmar Siller stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55thth minute of the game Ingo Keller who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Groß Schneen FSV's Herbert Nass was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Groß Schneen FSV getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Femke Krall hit a great ball. After 57 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Groß Schneen FSV! The referee gave Dinslakener Bruch a penalty, 58 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ernesto Bach, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Groß Schneen FSV's Herbert Nass. 1-1. If Tjard Hupp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dinslakener Bruch's Ingo Keller got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 66 played minutes Dinslakener Bruch got a freekick which was hit by Friedo Altmüller. After 68 played minutes Dinslakener Bruch got a freekick which was hit by Lemmy Brozé. Kjeld Gravius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Volkmar Siller in the 69th minute of play. The supporters of Groß Schneen FSV booed when Dinslakener Bruch was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ingo Keller didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kjeld Gravius stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Volkmar Siller's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Volkmar Siller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Feridun Krieglmeier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ingo Keller received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Herbert Nass tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Groß Schneen FSV booed when Dinslakener Bruch was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mark Knitsch didn't get a good kick on the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Dinslakener Bruch's goal looked a bit too open when Volkmar Siller came free, but Kjeld Gravius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Herbert Nass was a little too slow when Feridun Krieglmeier got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 91st minute. The score was now 2-2. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
