Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The audience was convinced that Guillaume Pronold's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kristian Buß was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tim Geißler in the 15th minute of play forced Steinhöring's goalkeeper Kristian Buß to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dölzschen's Guillaume Pronold got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Renato Thaumüller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guillaume Pronold took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kristian Buß. Kristian Buß dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Kristian Buß took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerd Walloch, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frank-Dieter Reißig made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Hardy Herbst sent off a good shot on target. Guillaume Pronold sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Claes Fabian charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Claes Fabian the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Renato Thaumüller in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kristian Buß saved Steinhöring from getting behind. Kristian Buß showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guillaume Pronold, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Damon Raabe made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Gerd Walloch got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kristian Buß made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renato Thaumüller in the 57th minute of play. Gerd Walloch recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gerd Walloch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 68th match minute, Steinhöring was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torsten Sperling to maneuver through the defense. 69 minutes into the match, Steinhöring's goal looked a bit too open when Renato Thaumüller came free, but Kristian Buß reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 70 minutes, Hardy Herbst mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Steinhöring and the Dölzschen players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Guillaume Pronold took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Kristian Buß to make any attempt to save it. In the 74th minute, Stefan Vogl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
