Stefan Rentsch's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Friedbert Banzmeier read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Ringo Krebs took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Friedbert Banzmeier to make any attempt to save it. 14 minutes into the match, Joscha Sauter had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robbie Achterberg. Sikilaçi sk's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joscha Sauter was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. When Etienne Reinhoff fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Robbie Achterberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joscha Sauter in the 18th minute of play. Robbie Achterberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Friedhold Kleinehellefort, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ringo Krebs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Friedbert Banzmeier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sikilaçi sk's Robbie Achterberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Friedhold Kleinehellefort in the 25th minute of play. When Stefan Rentsch came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Sikilaçi sk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stefan Rentsch couldn't finish the play. After having played for 74 minutes, Friedhold Kleinehellefort managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Schwöb's supporters crossed their fingers, but Friedhold Kleinehellefort was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 79th match minute, Schwöb was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tizian Blaumann to maneuver through the defense. Friedbert Banzmeier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Egon Hoss, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Schwöb's Friedbert Banzmeier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ringo Krebs in the 83rd minute of play. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Schwöb's goalkeeper Friedbert Banzmeier, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Friedhold Kleinehellefort sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alfred Baier fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 90th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. Egon Hoss fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Friedbert Banzmeier having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Sikilaçi sk players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
