In the 6th minute Ulfert Noffz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shingo Karis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Werner Dettke hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Gestewitz's Ulfert Noffz got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Gestewitz reached it. Johannes-Paul Eller kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Marius Meul received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Christian Heinrich came out and tried to block the shot, but Marius Meul slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 18th minute. Werner Dettke hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Wohlerst's zone, Ulfert Noffz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Shingo Karis came out of the goal and Ulfert Noffz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Amir Müller's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Shingo Karis was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Marius Meul managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wohlerst's supporters rose to their feet, but Marius Meul was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christian Heinrich breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 35 minutes into the match, Gestewitz's Amir Müller sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Shingo Karis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Amir Müller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marius Meul was the one to do the kick off. In the 63rd minute of the match, Ulfert Noffz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Shingo Karis saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Shingo Karis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulfert Noffz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Shingo Karis managed to avoid a goal in the 73rdth minute, when Gestewitz's Amir Müller fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Gestewitz's Amir Müller got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wohlerst's Frank-Dieter Appelt got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
