Bernhard Wiskandt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Heimo Trener having to interfere. After 13 minutes, Eike Schilling mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Klein Heins FC and the Becheln FSV players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 13th match minute, Klein Heins FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eike Schilling to maneuver through the defense. Heimo Trener stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sascha Alt's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. The supporters of Klein Heins FC booed when Becheln FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sascha Alt didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 45 minutes, Sascha Alt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Becheln FSV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sascha Alt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kai Rau made a kick off. Sascha Alt struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Heimo Trener didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Becheln FSV. After a rather tough play, Klein Heins FC's Hanjo Thomale got a free kick in the 61st minute. Sascha Alt in the 62ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Heimo Trener, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ahmed Koeppen kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Becheln FSV's supporters rose to their feet, but Serkan Brandmann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Heimo Trener breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 79 minutes, Sascha Alt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Becheln FSV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sascha Alt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sascha Alt who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 85thth minute tested the skills of Heimo Trener when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Hermann Deuss came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Becheln FSV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hermann Deuss couldn't finish the play. Becheln FSV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sascha Alt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Becheln FSV played a much better game than Klein Heins FC and deserved their victory. The Klein Heins FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
