Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Marius Meul kicked off to start the match. Frank-Dieter Appelt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Frank-Dieter Appelt who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 6thth minute tested the skills of Yannik Wurm when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of Wohlerst booed when Angel Hades was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Georg Barkow didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcel Maurer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 14th minute, Benjamin Reifenstein hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 17th minute Peer Feuereisen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shingo Karis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 19 played minutes Angel Hades got a freekick which was hit by Marcel Maurer. The audience was convinced that Marius Meul's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yannik Wurm was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. 32 minutes in the game, Frank-Dieter Appelt fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Yannik Wurm having to interfere. Yannik Wurm made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frank-Dieter Appelt in the 33rd minute. Yannik Wurm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marius Meul in the 36th minute of play. Frank-Dieter Appelt's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Yannik Wurm firmly grabbed it by the left post. If Marius Meul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ingmar Panten's late challenge caught a Wohlerst's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ingmar Panten helped the player get up and apologised. After 48 played minutes Angel Hades got a freekick which was hit by Ingmar Panten.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cord Borchert stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Frank-Dieter Appelt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Wohlerst's Frank-Dieter Appelt in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Angel Hades's goalie prevented a goal. Johannes-Paul Eller's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yannik Wurm read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. Yannik Wurm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank-Dieter Appelt, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Yannik Wurm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marius Meul in the 76th minute of the match. Marius Meul might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yannik Wurm. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marius Meul ran back to his position shaking his head. When Marius Meul came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Wohlerst fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marius Meul couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Angel Hades getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Georg Barkow hit a great ball. After having played for 85 minutes, Frank-Dieter Appelt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wohlerst's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank-Dieter Appelt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Yannik Wurm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marius Meul in the 86th minute of play. In the 89th minute Frank-Dieter Appelt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yannik Wurm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 2-0 became the score in the 91st minute when Marius Meul elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Marius Meul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wohlerst walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
