Yussuf Marchl didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gerenort. Josef Appeltrath came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Bockenbaum's Karl Martin Pilz. But to his dismay, Karl Martin Pilz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 15th minute, Karl Martin Pilz made a precise shot to the right of Josef Appeltrath. Gerenort's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Dan Fricke recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Magnus Kuhr fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yussuf Marchl having to interfere. Karl Martin Pilz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th match minute, Bockenbaum was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Holger Kunger to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th match minute, Bockenbaum was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ludo Krenn to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Dirk Wächter in the 28th minute really tested Yussuf Marchl's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Josef Appeltrath made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl Martin Pilz in the 32nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ludo Krenn during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 35 minutes into the match, Bockenbaum's goal looked a bit too open when Dan Fricke came free, but Yussuf Marchl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Karl Martin Pilz notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Gerenort's Josef Appeltrath. Josef Appeltrath was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pär Engelmann's late challenge caught a Bockenbaum's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pär Engelmann helped the player get up and apologised. After 41 played minutes Gerenort got a freekick which was hit by Pär Engelmann. Yussuf Marchl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dan Fricke, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. If Dan Fricke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karl Martin Pilz hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute Magnus Kuhr shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yussuf Marchl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Gerenort's Josef Appeltrath got control of the ball when Eilert Sehrt tried to sneak it across the goal line. Josef Appeltrath made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Eilert Sehrt sent off a good shot on target. Karl Martin Pilz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Josef Appeltrath read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Eilert Sehrts short, quick shot in the 90thth minute got Josef Appeltrath to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in Bockenbaum's zone, Magnus Kuhr stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yussuf Marchl came out of the goal and Magnus Kuhr tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zoran Beer kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. The Gerenort supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Bockenbaum's performance. The match ended with a win for Bockenbaum.
