Hein Dieler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marius Meul in the 23rd minute of the match. Becheln FSV's Hein Dieler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank-Dieter Appelt in the 25th minute of play. With 39 minutes on the clock, Baldo Borgelt commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After a rather tough play, Becheln FSV's Baldo Borgelt got a free kick in the 40th minute. Hein Dieler came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Wohlerst's Frank-Dieter Appelt. But to his dismay, Frank-Dieter Appelt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. When Matthias Kotissek fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Becheln FSV's protests and gave Matthias Kotissek a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Wohlerst booed when Becheln FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matthias Kotissek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hein Dieler was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Marius Meul showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-5 in the 63 minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Becheln FSV's goalkeeper Hein Dieler had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Johannes-Paul Eller. After a defensive mix-up in Becheln FSV's zone, Frank-Dieter Appelt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hein Dieler came out of the goal and Frank-Dieter Appelt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hein Dieler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johannes-Paul Eller in the 72nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sascha Alt in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Shingo Karis saved Wohlerst from getting behind. Hein Dieler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marius Meul, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hein Dieler came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Wohlerst's Marius Meul. But to his dismay, Marius Meul quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. In the 79th minute, Sascha Alt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hein Dieler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marius Meul, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 82 minutes into the match, Johannes-Paul Eller had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hein Dieler. Becheln FSV's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Johannes-Paul Eller was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-7. 91 minutes into the game, Marius Meul recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hein Dieler. Marius Meul showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-8. Frank-Dieter Appelt who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 94thth minute tested the skills of Hein Dieler when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Becheln FSV's Sascha Alt got a free kick in the 95th minute. When the match was over Wohlerst could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Becheln FSV throughout the match.
