Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 100) Gunter Rössel started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Roberto Scharfscheer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Alexander Madl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Gunter Rössel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Renatus Fritzen was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. 11 minutes into the match, Rixbeck FC's goal looked a bit too open when Donny Lienemann came free, but Renatus Fritzen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When VfV Hildesheim's Gunter Rössel in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After having played for 21 minutes, Gunter Rössel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. VfV Hildesheim's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gunter Rössel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 23 minutes into the match, VfV Hildesheim's Gunter Rössel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Renatus Fritzen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rixbeck FC's Renatus Fritzen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donny Lienemann in the 27th minute of play. In the 32ndth minute of the game Gunter Rössel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rixbeck FC's Renatus Fritzen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 33rd match minute, Rixbeck FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rudi Federlein to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Gunter Rössel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Renatus Fritzen was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Wilhelm Laier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Madl having to interfere. Gunter Rössel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Renatus Fritzen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Renatus Fritzen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gunter Rössel in the 39th minute of play. Renatus Fritzen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donny Lienemann, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. With a little luck, VfV Hildesheim's Alexander Madl got control of the ball when Wilhelm Laier tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Roberto Scharfscheer to strike the kick off in the second half. When Gunter Rössel fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored VfV Hildesheim's protests and gave Gunter Rössel a yellow card for diving instead. After 51 played minutes VfV Hildesheim got a freekick which was hit by Gunter Rössel. Roberto Scharfscheer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Madl having to interfere. Gunter Rössel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 60th minute, Donny Lienemann fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. When VfV Hildesheim's Gunter Rössel in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The audience thought a goal was coming when Donny Lienemann got free with Renatus Fritzen in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 66 played minutes Rixbeck FC got a freekick which was hit by Matthias Specht. Renatus Fritzen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Donny Lienemann went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. VfV Hildesheim's Alexander Madl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberto Scharfscheer in the 71st minute of play. Donny Lienemann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Renatus Fritzen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leopold Fersoglu in the 82nd minute of play forced Rixbeck FC's goalkeeper Renatus Fritzen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. VfV Hildesheim's Leopold Fersoglu got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Donny Lienemanns short, quick shot in the 87thth minute got Renatus Fritzen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Simon Brachvogel's late challenge caught a VfV Hildesheim's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Simon Brachvogel helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of VfV Hildesheim booed when Rixbeck FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simon Brachvogel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Matthias Specht charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Matthias Specht the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 94th minute, Matthias Specht hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gunter Rössel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Renatus Fritzen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
