Egon Deffke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hendrik Janssen in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 7th minute Nikolas Gall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sylvain Kösters saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Egon Deffke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Abel, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. A collision led to Hausten FSV getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Armin Breuninger hit a great ball. In the 27th minute, Axel Leopold made a precise shot to the right of Egon Deffke. Hausten FSV's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Hausten FSV's zone, Daniel Abel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Egon Deffke came out of the goal and Daniel Abel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Axel Leopold fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egon Deffke having to interfere. When Nikolas Gall came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Hausten FSV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nikolas Gall couldn't finish the play. Hausten FSV's Armin Breuninger suffered a sprained foot after 41 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Hendrik Janssen's late challenge caught a Hausten FSV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hendrik Janssen helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Kosmonauten Prenzelberg's Hendrik Janssen got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Axel Leopold could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Egon Deffke made a huge save. Axel Leopold received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Egon Deffke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Daniel Abel made the kick off in the second half. Egon Deffke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Abel in the 51st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Abel in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Egon Deffke prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Axel Leopold had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Egon Deffke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Leopold, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 63 played minutes Hausten FSV got a freekick which was hit by Fabian Feyen. Oskar Schweizer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Kosmonauten Prenzelberg's Sylvain Kösters got control of the ball when Christian Franke tried to sneak it across the goal line. During the 74th minute of the match Hendrik Janssen completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Hendrik Janssen a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After having played for 92 minutes, Christian Franke managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hausten FSV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christian Franke was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 95 played minutes Hausten FSV got a freekick which was hit by Nikolas Gall. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Kosmonauten Prenzelberg fans cheered their team off the field, for while Hausten FSV had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
