Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ulf Werlich got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of Bvb booed when Spall FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gil Neher didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tyler Henning took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulf Werlich, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ulf Werlich fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tyler Henning having to interfere. After 14 played minutes Spall FSV got a freekick which was hit by Gordon Kühn. If Conni Filippek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. David Tiedemann hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Arthur Bock managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bvb's supporters rose to their feet, but Arthur Bock was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rutger Renz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Spall FSV defense, Conni Filippek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rutger Renz. The Spall FSV fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rutger Renz should have stopped the shot. Tyler Henning made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maiko Gruber in the 27th minute. Tyler Henning showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulf Werlich, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Ulf Werlich struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Tyler Henning didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Spall FSV. Rutger Renz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arthur Bock in the 39th minute of play. In the 41st play minute Maiko Gruber came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Tyler Henning. 1-2. After the first half Bvb were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Conni Filippek made a kick off. The supporters of Bvb booed when Spall FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Özgür Demski didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Bvb getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Rainer Rathmer hit a great ball. 61 minutes into the match, Maiko Gruber notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Bvb's Tyler Henning. Tyler Henning was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Bvb getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Conni Filippek hit a great ball. 67 minutes into the match, Bvb's goal looked a bit too open when Ulf Werlich came free, but Tyler Henning reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tyler Henning came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Spall FSV's Maiko Gruber. But to his dismay, Maiko Gruber quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. After a rather tough play, Bvb's Ellis Wilhelm got a free kick in the 75th minute. Christian Willems's late challenge caught a Spall FSV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Christian Willems helped the player get up and apologised. In the 92nd minute Maiko Gruber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tyler Henning saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Arthur Bock managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bvb's supporters rose to their feet, but Arthur Bock was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rutger Renz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Spall FSV's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
