Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jens-Erik Bergers in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Philippe Höfken prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leo Schwanitz struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Philippe Höfken didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Groß Schwülper. Oliver Kühnle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nico Joseph having to interfere. In the 16th minute Oliver Kühnle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nico Joseph saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Fc Sari's goal looked a bit too open when Jens-Erik Bergers came free, but Philippe Höfken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the game, Udo Ohm was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Groß Schwülper's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fc Sari the free kick. In the 25th match minute, Groß Schwülper was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Udo Ohm to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Groß Schwülper's Udo Ohm got a free kick in the 28th minute. Albert Gretter took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 29th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nico Joseph. Groß Schwülper's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Fc Sari's Oliver Kühnle sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nico Joseph narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Jens-Erik Bergers's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Philippe Höfken was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Groß Schwülper's zone, Oliver Kühnle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lothar Frisse received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Nico Joseph came out and tried to block the shot, but Lothar Frisse slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 54th minute. Bill Franke hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. If Lothar Frisse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oliver Kühnle blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nico Joseph having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Jens-Erik Bergers managed to get in a good position for a shot. Groß Schwülper's supporters rose to their feet, but Jens-Erik Bergers was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Philippe Höfken breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Oliver Kühnle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lothar Frisse in the 69th minute of play forced Groß Schwülper's goalkeeper Nico Joseph to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot 71 in the game by Oliver Kühnle from a close distance when the talented Nico Joseph managed to make a qualified save. Groß Schwülper's players were relieved. If Jens-Erik Bergers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Klaudius Saak hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Leo Schwanitz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Philippe Höfken was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. Groß Schwülper's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
