Spectators: 6876 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) FC Berlin's Gabriel Geißler started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the game, Abbe Groth was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Berlin's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Groß Schwülper the free kick. 5 minutes into the game, one of FC Berlin:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Fox Eggers placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! In the 8th minute, Gregor Meyers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Groß Schwülper booed when FC Berlin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caspar Brakelmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Groß Schwülper's Fox Eggers broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Kristian Stier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jens-Erik Bergers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leo Schwanitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Kristian Stier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 23rd minute Gabriel Geißler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nico Joseph saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Leo Schwanitz came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Groß Schwülper fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leo Schwanitz couldn't finish the play. After 25 minutes, Jens-Erik Bergers made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. FC Berlin's Kristian Stier tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 28th match minute, Groß Schwülper was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bill Franke to maneuver through the defense. In the 30th minute, Udo Ohm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leo Schwanitz in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kristian Stier saved FC Berlin from getting behind. Groß Schwülper's Leo Schwanitz got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kristian Stier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens-Erik Bergers in the 41st minute of play. After 42 played minutes Gabriel Geißler rounded Groß Schwülper's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jens-Erik Bergers made a kick off. If Jens-Erik Bergers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gabriel Geißler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 60th minute, Groß Schwülper's Jens-Erik Bergers ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kristian Stier. Kristian Stier yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. After 64 minutes, Bill Franke mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Groß Schwülper and the FC Berlin players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 64th match minute, Groß Schwülper was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bill Franke to maneuver through the defense. 67 minutes into the match, FC Berlin's goalkeeper Kristian Stier had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leo Schwanitz. Jens-Erik Bergers let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 69th minute shot 1-3 at rihgt post. Jens-Erik Bergers struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Kristian Stier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Groß Schwülper. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leo Schwanitz got free with Kristian Stier in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 77 minutes in the game, Jens-Erik Bergers fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Kristian Stier having to interfere. Leo Schwanitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Kristian Stier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Kristian Stier managed to avoid a goal in the 84thth minute, when Groß Schwülper's Leo Schwanitz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. FC Berlin's Kristian Stier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens-Erik Bergers in the 86th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Groß Schwülper left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Berlin.
