Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Sascha Wehr started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Jim Rinke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Luca Huthmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sascha Wehr in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luca Huthmann prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jim Rinke's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 7thth minute, Luca Huthmann skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Luca Huthmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sascha Wehr, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. If Jim Rinke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Friedrich Gotthard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 14 minutes into the match, TSV Vardy Die Schon 13's Sascha Wehr sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luca Huthmann narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Friedrich Gotthard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Elis Twupack tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 17th minute, Erling Schöning hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the TSV Vardy Die Schon 13 defense, Marek Adasch kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elis Twupack. The TSV Vardy Die Schon 13 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elis Twupack should have stopped the shot. Jim Rinke could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Luca Huthmann made a huge save. Jim Rinke might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luca Huthmann. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jim Rinke ran back to his position shaking his head. Friedrich Gotthard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 30th match minute, TSV Vardy Die Schon 13 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tom Rösler to maneuver through the defense. 32 minutes into the match, Hövelhof FSV's goal looked a bit too open when Sascha Wehr came free, but Luca Huthmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Hövelhof FSV's Mark Sturz got a free kick in the 37th minute. After having played for 39 minutes, Sascha Wehr managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TSV Vardy Die Schon 13's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sascha Wehr was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Jim Rinke came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the TSV Vardy Die Schon 13 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jim Rinke couldn't finish the play. Elis Twupack took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Friedrich Gotthard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Hövelhof FSV were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marek Adasch made a kick off. Jim Rinke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in TSV Vardy Die Schon 13's zone, Friedrich Gotthard stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elis Twupack came out of the goal and Friedrich Gotthard tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luca Huthmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sascha Wehr in the 64th minute of the match. The supporters of Hövelhof FSV booed when TSV Vardy Die Schon 13 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erling Schöning didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 68th minute, Hövelhof FSV's Marek Adasch dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. The supporters of Hövelhof FSV booed when TSV Vardy Die Schon 13 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tom Rösler didn't get a good kick on the ball. 72 minutes into the game, Gerrit Bousonville was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. TSV Vardy Die Schon 13's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hövelhof FSV the free kick. After 72 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for TSV Vardy Die Schon 13! The goalkeeper, Elis Twupack, was totally fooled by Hövelhof FSV's Lars Bischof, who 74 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 77th minute Jim Rinke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luca Huthmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marek Adasch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Elis Twupack tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 88th minute Sascha Wehr shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luca Huthmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luca Huthmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jim Rinke in the 91st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emil Albermann during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 96th match minute, Hövelhof FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emil Albermann to maneuver through the defense. In the 97th minute Sascha Wehr shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luca Huthmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The TSV Vardy Die Schon 13 supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Hövelhof FSV's performance. The match ended with a win for Hövelhof FSV.
