In the 21st minute, Stephan Pfaff left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stuttgarter Kickers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 24th minute Jim Rinke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radenko Bange saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Stuttgarter Kickers's goal looked a bit too open when Sascha Wehr came free, but Radenko Bange reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Lucas Bolwig fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TSV Vardy Die Schon 13's protests and gave Lucas Bolwig a yellow card for diving instead. When Stephan Pfaff came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Stuttgarter Kickers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stephan Pfaff couldn't finish the play. If Vico Bäz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rüdiger Bossecker hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jim Rinke made a kick off. If Lucas Bolwig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. TSV Vardy Die Schon 13's manager was very thankful on the sidelines as his team had managed to keep the ball out of the net after some serious pressure by Stuttgarter Kickers. Erling Schöning sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. TSV Vardy Die Schon 13 were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
