Paul Vielmann was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 8th minute, Jupp Moll ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Paul Vielmann was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Jupp Moll sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rottne's Uwe Witsch proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Rottne from getting a goal against them. If Jupp Moll had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 24 minutes into the match, AgGrO BeRlIn's goal looked a bit too open when Jupp Moll came free, but Paul Vielmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Steven Bouffier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Uwe Witsch tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eberhard Dümpe hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 35th minute, Addo Lemke hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paul Vielmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rainer Gröber in the 39th minute of the match. Jupp Moll recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rainer Gröber received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Paul Vielmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rainer Gröber was the one to do the kick off. In the 54thth minute of the game Erling Stein who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rottne's Uwe Witsch was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hubertus Bartsch kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 61st minute, Erling Stein left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AgGrO BeRlIn fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. If Rainer Gröber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paul Vielmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rainer Gröber in the 71st minute of the match. A collision led to Rottne getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Guy Rust hit a great ball. After having played for 75 minutes, Jonathan Stapelfeldt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AgGrO BeRlIn's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonathan Stapelfeldt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Steven Bouffier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uwe Witsch having to interfere. 82 minutes into the game, Erling Stein cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Uwe Witsch was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Steven Bouffier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erling Stein received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Uwe Witsch tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Rottne booed when AgGrO BeRlIn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Stapelfeldt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jupp Moll received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Paul Vielmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Rottne players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented AgGrO BeRlIn from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
