Spectators: 7520 (Terracing: 5641, Seating: 1729, VIP seats: 150) FC Ostsee 06's Torge Quoos started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Marius Lohmiller fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Holger Kamin having to interfere. A collision led to FC Ostsee 06 getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Gianni Berosch hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gunter Huhn in the 8th minute of play forced FC Ostsee 06's goalkeeper Holger Kamin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marius Lohmiller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jasper Kleinholz kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. In the 12th minute, Meinolf Tremmel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 13th minute of the match Graham Hösle shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Holger Kamin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Gianni Berosch hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. FC Ostsee 06's Holger Kamin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gunter Huhn in the 15th minute of play. Ken Morchner kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Holger Kamin came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Meerhöfe's Gunter Huhn. But to his dismay, Gunter Huhn quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 35 minutes into the match, Meerhöfe's goal looked a bit too open when Torge Quoos came free, but Leon Schwantes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Gunter Huhn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Meerhöfe's Leon Schwantes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torge Quoos in the 44th minute of play. Klemens Scharpe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Leon Schwantes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gunter Huhn to strike the kick off in the second half. Meinolf Tremmel's late challenge caught a Meerhöfe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Meinolf Tremmel helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, FC Ostsee 06's Meinolf Tremmel got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 57th minute Gunter Huhn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Holger Kamin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leon Schwantes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Klemens Scharpe in the 65th minute of the match. After 67 played minutes, FC Ostsee 06's Jasper Kleinholz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Leon Schwantes came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Ostsee 06 reached it. Klemens Scharpe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Leon Schwantes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Torge Quoos managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Ostsee 06's supporters rose to their feet, but Torge Quoos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leon Schwantes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Meerhöfe's Leon Schwantes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ken Morchner in the 76th minute of play. Meerhöfe's Anselm Wieberneit shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 82nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Holger Kamin but with some difficulty. If Gunter Huhn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to FC Ostsee 06 getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Ken Morchner hit a great ball. The FC Ostsee 06 supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Meerhöfe's performance. The match ended with a win for Meerhöfe.
